Rightfully, many cities balk at forking over huge sums of taxpayer money to fund private projects like this, and as we've seen with the Raiders, Athletics, and even the Warriors move across the Bay, it could happen anywhere. (RIP Oakland sports). That's why, regardless of fanbase passion, all you need for a relocation is a greedy owner and a city unwilling to kowtow to demands.
